Hi, I’m Michelle Nelson — interior designer, property manager, marketing maven, speaker, and real estate consultant with a serious love for strong coffee and even stronger design. I’m also a proud mom to my son Ian and three fabulous fur babies: Harley, Sugar, and Jackie O.

Over the past decade, I’ve flipped 14 homes across 7 states, transforming each one into a soulful, story-driven space. But this journey wasn’t just about design — it was about rebuilding a life after personal tragedy, healing through creativity, and learning to live boldly. That story is now part of my upcoming book, Flippin Crazy.

With more than 35 years of experience owning and operating a boutique marketing agency, I bring a rare blend of business savvy and artistic flair to every project. My agency roots are in the automotive industry — I’m a fourth-generation auto body gal — but my team and I have helped brands across every niche find their voice and audience. Visual storytelling, brand identity, and standout campaigns? That’s my wheelhouse.

In interior design and property management, I bring the same level of energy and detail. Whether it’s staging a short-term rental, managing a luxury home, or designing a full renovation, I treat every property like it’s my own. With over 12 years of hands-on Airbnb management experience, I meet every guest personally, ensure professional photography, stage for impact, and keep properties consistently booked and cared for.
